Being new to this process it was most helpful to have someone with such great experiences who was always willing to so quickly answer any and all questions and concerns that I could think of. As well as provide me with advice on things that I would never even have thought to do! Would 100% recommend him to anyone and I will forsure be using him in the future!!

He conducted himself with such professionalism, honesty, integrity and dedication in the four months we were looking for our first home. He tirelessly searched for, and through, listings until he found what we were looking for. Crucially, he kept us on budget, kept our needs at the forefront, and stayed within our comfort zone when submitting offers; we never felt pressured to make an offer on/get into a bidding war for a property so he could "close the deal" or "make the sale." He levelled with us, telling us the pros and cons about each property we saw. He told us what we needed to know rather than what we wanted to hear. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate us about the market. Nathan has an incredible work ethic and will work hard to earn your business! We never felt pressured to sign with him - he took the time to get to know us so we could streamline his search for properties that made sense for us. Nathan makes a major (and stressful!) purchase fun! He is a guy you want on your side when buying or selling your home, and a someone you want to grab a beer with after to celebrate! Alot of the value comes from all the little things like how fast he is to answer both calls and emails. He also has a great support team and is quick to offer lawyers and mortgage brokers. I would work with him again in a heart beat.
