We wanted a local realtor that would be able to guide us in our search. Local knowledge of neighbourhoods and house options was what we were looking for help with. Within a month of working with Steph, we had closed a deal. Steph recommended the house we bought. It was not on our list of houses to go see originally. She found us our home at a time where the housing market was on fire. I was more than pleased that we were able to get a house inspection and a pool inspection on our purchase. Which is unheard of in this hot real estate market. Our purchase was also purchased under list price, if that is something that is worth believing.
