J	Jerome H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Units are not well built. Heating/Cooling unit in condo is so loud that I can’t even sleep with it on. Elevators are squeaky and you can hear them from your unit. Oh, and you can hear every conversation that people are having in their unit from the hallway. Great location but negatives outweigh positives.

The The amazing amenities they promote are inaccessible..the pool and sauna doesn’t work, the gym isn’t useable, the trash shoot is always blocked. You hear every conversation that neighbours are having in their unit from the hallway/elevators Not worth the price
I	Ibrahim Said on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst building I’ve lived in my life. Elevators are constantly down, it takes an hour to even get up to your floor. Hot water down constantly, daily announcements at 9am to disturb your sleep. They lose packages, everything can be heard from other units. Can’t even use the stairs cause the doors are locked. Living here is a joke.

Don’t even bother contact customer service or management team cuz THEY WILL ONLY TELL YOU THEY CANT HELP. Elevator has been broken down for many months!! Other amenities keep having issues too☠️ such a joke consider this building is only 1 year old. ?

The concierge is very unhelpful and always refers you to the management who is even more unresponsive. They charge almost $500 for maintenance fee a month for a 1 year old building which makes it even more frustrating that residents and owners are being treated this way. So basically you’re paying the fee of a luxury condo but the experience is very far from it! The amenities and elevators are constantly broken. They seem to hire people who know nothing about condo management at all. The building itself is good otherwise.
