n	nick soffee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely horrendous post move in service. I have been waiting 3+ months for them to fix my door handle and they constantly keep ignoring me. I emailed the lady in charge her name is paulette and she did nothing. Then I emailed Jeff Strange whos the manager for customer care. Again...useless. You can see some of the email exchanges here. So pathetic. Will never buy from this junk builder again.
J	Justin McIntosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constant construction noise, alarm bells every week. Noisy neighbours every weekend playing loud music til 2 am. Amenities still under construction, overdue by a year now. Service requests for simple toilet fixes have been waitlisted for over 6 months. Only advice given until fixed is to turn off the water valve every time you finish using the toilet. Very short notice or no notice given for water disruptions/building noise/bell testing/etc.

The front desk staff at 576 is very helpful and kind. Lots of parking available. The grocery store does make a difference in our daily life. We are happy we bought a place here.

T	Teydan Chmay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the concierges here literally know absolutely nothing about the building. Property management was a joke. Fire alarms almost every other week. Only good things are my actually unit, the pool, and the people here (other than management) oh and farm boy below. Wasn't able to book a guest suite because there wasn't enough notice (a booking doesn't take a long time to do / enter) even though there was availability for the suites. The building is usually clean though and sound proof for the most part.

I love my new unit 528 I have a lot of sun during the day and a view on Stack market. So amazing. every concierge are kinds, always here for you if you need anything. there are many amenities interesting like a game room, a gym, sauna and steam, ping pong area, cinema, bbq area with a outdoor pool, party room. you can find averything you need in this condo. I recommande. Melissa & Christopher

I love everything about this building and I know many people that live here and feel the same. If you know the 3 most important features of any build, you know this building has it! Location, Location, Location! Minutes to downtown, Porter Airport and the highway.
K	KL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here since 2019. Great location, new and cozy building, concierge team is welcoming and kind, and amenities are wonderful. Important to note that transitions between seasons is a bit of a challenge for the building as they work towards finding the right time to switch between cooling and heating. First 2 years of season transitions were a bit painful as it got quite hot, but I think they have it figured out for the most part. It would be appreciated for the building to keep cooling on as long as possible. I would prefer to layer up if needed. Rating 3 star due to the lack of empathy and process from management regarding consistent and disruptive construction like noise on a nightly basis. When noise is only heard within the unit, security has to enter unit to record noise before contacting responsible parties. This is not a comfortable situation for security or the resident as I feel it jeopardizes their safety. Personally I’d rather receive a call knowing that I was being disruptive than to know that I caused disruption for those around me for months before management was able to resolve the issue.
