It could be a nice condo even if the quality is not the best, but management and board here are really bad and they change the value of the property. If you want to buy and you are impressed from the many amenities, be aware that everything is closed since March with no intention of re-opening despite other condos. So, you’re not going to use the gym, swimming pool or bbq area, permantly closed but you'll still pay for it on your monthly fee. Guest suite is shockingly used by only one resident (management/board needed to make up for a noise in her appartment), party room is closed as well, currently used by a member of the management office to smoke. Elevators.. between 4 of them only 2 usually work, expect to line up for it.

My advice: talk to your real estate to get more info about those 2 buildings. I’ve got one with view on Lake Ontario and Exebition Place. Breath taking view from the balcony. Plus amazing restaurant in the building makes your experience as if you are in resort.
N	N G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 out of 3 elevators work most of the times. If 2 work, consider yourself lucky. We have been climbing up and down the stairs with groceries in order to avoid waiting for 15-20 mins for the elevator. Constant issues with heat not working, hot water (sometimes, it is boiling at all settings and at other times, it doesn't get hot for 30-45 mins during winters) and plumbing. Building management takes forever to get issues fixed. Air B&B heavy building- building management has partnered with the Air B&B landlords. That is self-explanatory. Currently, the lobby is closed due to pipes breaking and flooding. Don't recommend living here to anyone!

The biggest issues are that on multiple occasions, every elevator to the 38 floor tower have been down, the heat has stopped working a few times and management seems unable or unwilling to find solutions. In short, there are way better options to rent or buy for the same price or cheaper.
