★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking is pre-paid. So even if you are staying for a short time you might end up paying over price like I did. Would be better if you get a ticket and pay on your way out for the time that you were actually parked there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy spot down near Queens Quay, but if spots are available this green p is highly convenient. Rates are reasonable considering the area and it's very close to a couple key area spots, such as the Pirate Life boat tour. Would park here again if driving back downtown to this area.
