p	pallav punhani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for 17 bathurst condo (concord). It’s almost june and it’s insanely warm but the condo wouldn’t switch on the air conditioning. There’s been numerous complaints but they just keep replying with “we’re waiting for the contractor to get back with timelines”. What does that even mean? Absolutely ridiculous.
J	Jason Galea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here 5 years, now that the construction next door is complete this building is really everything you can expect of a downtown condo and more. maintenance fees went down2/5 years I've been here and are very reasonable. Lobby is beautiful and the employees are great. Probably the best value building in City place, and no major issues.

Since we’ve first moved in, the front desk service has improved with friendlier security. They just renewed all the carpet and wallpaper to keep things fresh. Building management is also very good at communicating their maintenance schedules for utilities. We love the convenience of the area. LCBO/Loblaws/Shoppers/Joe Fresh/Sushi/Lakefront/Parks/Transit to Union The gym is just enough for the average person but if you’re a gym junky you’ll want to get a gym membership in the area. They have dumbbells and machines but no station for bench press/squat rack. On a positive note, the gym is usually not busy. Our favorite amenity is the party room. The party room is very spacious and well designed. Our friends love to sit at the bar and play billiards upstairs. There’s access to a kitchen with an oven and fridge/freezer making it convenient to prepare food.
