★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no zero star rating for Google or else I would had given zero star for this service well there are few security guards at the front desk in apartment condo building 75 they are really rude they are not cooperating with people entering inside they are just sitting over there and ordering people and not even trying to help us out so please management take care of this thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management as all is Nada, Zero as the always out of 3 elevators not working one is in service which is understandable because of the moving in/out ams second is always broken
Security: urgent, rude, not helpful and they cannot have this building under control the job is a huge responsibility at least you need two people sitting there willing to help not one person who is usually busy doing other things like helping us sometime but more common on the phone busy with there like and when you talk to them as if they doing you a favour
Airbnb Parties: Random people knocking at your doors in the middle the night trying there luck!!
Not a safe place of live and the Amenities are always broken .
P.S please stay away for your own good!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice building; the apartments are modern and well finished. Amenities work as expected, and the concierge has been on time when we have needed them. The property manager and her assistant do a good job. They are very attentive to residents’ needs, and they have responded quickly to our doubts when we have had them.
I’m not sure about those crazy parties some other people have mentioned, but I haven’t experienced such situation yet.
