The absolute worst place. DO NOT BOOK THERE.. If a could give zero star, trust me I would. The worst customer service EVER!!
I don’t usually give reviews and I was so upset that I had to write this.
They refuse to give me my money back.

I really like hotel Rideau it's new modern and everything works.
Free parking and nice big carpark to fit your SUV! Short walk to many restaurants, shops and pubs.
I think the apartments high quality materials, appreciative design and fast communication should be the standard for Airbnb (2nd time booked through Airbnb)
The only thing I would suggest to change is the damage deposit and the extra person fees (if your booking on a hotel site, as another reviewer said, I did find using PayPal sketchy, but be assured your damage deposit is refunded) if hotel Rideau could rethink that, to possibly be able to operate similar to a Marriott hotel, how they do a pre-authorization damage deposit, also the selfie ID could some how be simplified through a members account or if there's a simplified verification method.
This is my 2nd time staying at Hotel Rideau and I will be staying again if I'm in the area.
