J	J C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food-tasty as all hell. No idea what those potatoes are fried in but sooooo tasty. Shawarma was great and very good prices for what you get. We got a family meal for 39 bucks that fed 4. It had everything. And the owner??? Super SUPER nice guy. He was so kind and respectful especially to my wife and daughter. I will DEFINITELY eat there every single time I’m out east. Thank You for a great meal and experience. 5 stars for sure.

I was welcomed by the owner, who was very polite a pleasant. I placed my order. 1 small chicken sandwich. I asked for everything except pickles and hot peppers. I asked the employee if that's all she was going to put on my shawarma.. ?she replied yes.. I have to give this review 1 star because what I got was unacceptable. A child would even be hungry still after eating this. For 7 dollars.. I would have thought more vegetables would be used.. The rest of the reviews are great so maybe I just got bad luck. Not sure if it's worth it to try again.
B	Brudof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not authentic and not nearly as good as shawarma in Ottawa. Potatoes were disgusting and swimming in grease. The spices on everything was off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who's had a real shawarma before...

L	Lydia Foley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below is my original review, but I've had a very poor experience since. I would NOT recommend calling in your order - go directly INTO the store order. I called, gave my order and clarified my toppings, picked up, no problem - all on time. Get home and it's covered in all the toppings I didn't want. Mistakes happen, I call the store. Owner answers, won't let me explain what happens, immediately denies taking a phone order in the past hour, then says I said all toppings, then again says there was no order and he was working alone (he wasn't ... I paid cash to a younger woman and left a tip because they're always so kind). I won't be returning here for some time .... if I ever do - I will be sure to order IN STORE. I'll admit I hung up before a resolution but I was frustrated and didn't want to argue. My review has changed from 4 to 3 stars - I've had more great experiences here but this one experience takes away from it. The owner is really friendly, and the rest of the staff are also very kind. I stopped in just a few minutes prior to closing (thinking they were open another hour still) and the staff were still happy to help! Their servings are a good size, the chicken is moist and tender, the garlic sauce is creamy and really tasty. They also have some take home sauces as well! Overall, another great addition for some variety in Smiths Falls. Please consider using more environmentally friendly takeout containers :)

My favourite of all is their donair sauce which is slightly sweet it goes so well with the meat. Their poutine is so so good honestly favourite in town. They also have a very good falafel plus the veggies are always fresh. Their food station looks clean and sanitary ! Portions are really large, small sandwich and garlic potatoes for the price they have is more than enough if your planning to have a feast on your own ! Plus the owner and staff is so nice and chatty you feel very welcomed rather than just rushed out. As a foodie I recommend!

The garlic potatoes were a little greasy but otherwise are greatly complimented with a little hot sauce. I would definitely recommend trying it out for yourself. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the slushy. I was expecting more flavor, but it basically tasted like watered down koolaid.
