E	Eva Zhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from this hotel! This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The whole experience was against humanity. They kept my whole family, including a 20 months old boy waiting on the street, outside of the building for 2 hours, without sending over the check in instruction (which I suppose to receive way before we arrive) The customer service was terrible and rude, they hang up on you, after you waiting online for 10-15 mins. And you need enough luck for them to just pick up the call. (only 2 out of 5 times they will pick up) We confirmed through email that someone would be there assisting with check in but there was not a single person when we arrive. My kid was starving and crying, we tried to call for help, to just get the check in instruction but the whole process was such a pain, no one was there that can properly assist. They just want their money, they don’t care about you, your family, they don’t have any “customer service”. If I could give zero star, I would. Again, please stay away from this hotel and this company if you don’t want to ruin your day.

My only issue is the spring in your back king mattress… Sadly I ended up sleeping on the couch as it was more comfortable. Otherwise, a fine establishment.
F	Frederik Post CLD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should give 4 stars due to how communication works but after sorting that out. The place was amazing. Loved the space. Clean and perfect setup. Parking spot was impossible to find due to the snow so we hoped for the best. Access was simple with the lock box. One thing we did not like was its pet freindly and someone had a very noisy dog that kept barking for hours. Bring sugar and cream for coffee:) Otherwise, salt and pepper, coffee, brown sugar and tea was there if you need it. Beds were 10 out of 10. I would use this again.
K	Kayla Calder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay at Hotel Rideau in Smiths Falls! We were looking to get out of Ottawa for an extended long weekend and booked through Airbnb. We had everything we needed to cook and work while away from home, including a quiet setting, king-sized bed, and black out curtains to catch up on some sleep. There is a delightful cafe at the front of the building that has A+ espresso and food and the town is small and very walkable. The staff when booking and checking in were great too. My only gripe is that I found the condo cold (particularly the bedroom), but probably because we were on the main floor and it's the middle of February. We upped the heat but I was grateful we'd packed from extra cozy socks and sweaters!
I	Iris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This our the second stay in these beautiful suites. Both experiences were absolutely perfect. Easy check in/out. Gorgeous apartments with added touches that made it feel like home. Easy walking to great local restaurants. The nearby canal is an incredible spot to enjoy a morning coffee or picturesque stroll.
T	The Messed Up Animators on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the modern design. Very clean, perfect size for 2 adults and 1 child (easily fit 4 adults). Pet friendly! Only reason not 5 * is that the sheets were not high enough thread count for my liking (others may not care). Leagues better then staying in hotel room!! Absolutely would recommend!

The beds were VERY comfortable, the entire place was clean and glamorous. The location worked really well for our plans of touring nearby towns. There's a sweet bakery/Cafe in the building that is a wonderful way to start your day off. The balcony was a great way to whine down after a filled day with shopping. And as a special experiene we went to the Black Tartan Kitchen for a blind menu event. Strongly recommend this outing. All in all this is a wonderful spot to stay at!
