D	Donna Gattoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maid service was not good. Lamps had dust and hair on it. Curtains were not hung up properly. This hotel was not equipped for someone with a disability.
M	Michael Pace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a night shift worker and sometimes need a hotel when im working out of town , I booked 2 days here and I told them multiple times over the phone and in person that I will be checking in at 5am and it will be a late checkout for 4pm ... It is a $25 extra charge for late checkout that I paid no problem ... BOTH days I stayed here i get woken up by phone calls to my room and by knocks on my door of somebody trying to inform me that checkout is at 11am even though I told them multiple times and paid extra for a 4pm checkout... Like i said I am a night shift worker so sleep during the day is important .. Staff need to communicate better

The restaurant/pub closes at 9 pm and when I got up the next day to get breakfast at 7 am, they informed me the restaurant wasn't open that day for breakfast.
V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: That it was close to the casino Negative: They lied about pool and hot tub working. My room was filthy it wasn't a good stay at all and was only given back $15 for the mess of a stay we had. We will never stay again sorry to say.

The front door to enter was dirty. Door & windows were dirty. The room was not the cleanest. Windows were dirty. Used face cloth was in bathroom on the shower pole.

Had breakfast at the restaurant I'm the building and they had absolutely no heat and it was -38 outside and not much warmer inside. Whole place was pretty run down and definitely needs maintenance that it doesn't seem to be getting.

The hotel is under new management and I can see that they are making every effort to update the space. It's currently being renovated which didn't affect our stay at all. We stayed in one of the already renovated rooms and it was very clean and sanitized. Everything from the bed sheets to the towels were fresh and clean. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on the main floor and Tracy our server was a wonderful host at every visit. Food was perfect each time! All the staff from the front desk, to the manager Ravi as well as the housekeeper were friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be returning again in the Summer to check out their golf course and the beach in the area.
U	Umit Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family decided to go up to North Bay for the weekend and we stayed at the Ramada. The hotel is under new management and they did a fantastic job to accommodate us. The manager Ravi was amazing and helped us in any way he could. The hotel is undergoing renovations and staff is doing a excellent job keeping that in mind. My wife and kids absolutely loved it and can’t wait till we go back next summer. Our room was clean, sanitized and renovated. The restaurant offered a variety of meals and was very very tasty. Our server Tracy was amazing, courteous and so so polite. I will definitely go back again.
