As I was taking the public brochures, I was told by the employee that I was not allowed to take them, when I asked him why not, he said that he will take my $100 security deposit away. I was also sworn and shouted at by him when I took the brochures anyways. I have filed a formal complaint against the employee as I was disrespected, and because he got worked up about "PUBLIC" brochures that were placed in the main lobby. Not to mention, he acted like he was the hotel owner, and also threatened to kick me out if I did not give him the brochures back. This hotel needs to learn how to train their employees, or keep employees that do not have anger management problems
N	Nicholas Group Inc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We checked in and really enjoyed our room. Things towards the night got a little uncomfortable. We couldn't help but overhear a staff member yelling and swearing at hotel guests. This disturbed our sleep and we were frightened and intimidated by the staff member. We will not be staying at this hotel from now on.
D	Daanish Kachalia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee by the name of “Dev” was extremely hostile and vulgar, to a point where I am getting legal advice from a lawyer to press charges on him. I will also be going public to all News Channels and Social media about this hotel, and advise the owner to contact me to find a solution. The employee has committed multiple counts of crime, Including section 264.1(2) of the Criminal code act, of “Uttering Threat”, by verbally threatening me and my family. We have eye-witnesses as evidence. He has also committed the crime of section 342(1) “Falsifies a credits card” , by threatening to charge my credit card for taking free brochures , and Indeed charging it. I need my $100 deposit back. Lastly, the employee has committed the crime under section 423(1f), intimidation which is an indictable offense. I strongly advise the employee to seek independent legal advice. I have also contacted Best Western Headquarters and they are conducting an investigation. Dev needs to be fired.

B	Brittany Laton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean. The free breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I LOVED that the room had hard floors, hotel carpets always feel so dirty but I didn't have to worry about that.

Breakfast was hot plates of scrambled egg, sausages, potatoes (sadly no bacon). Fresh breads. Coffee machine was great. Our room had a dripping tub faucet so we put a towel down under it overnight and never heard a thing. I was really impressed with the cleaning of the room - easily the best I've seen even in the small spaces most hotels miss. Would be a pleasure to stay here again. Thank you!
