Terrible, I got in line at 4:35, and to the speaker by 4:45 ish, i sat at the speaker for another five minutes until i politely said β€œhello?”. nobody responded so i waited another couple minutes then said β€œhello” again. still no response. The car behind me suggested i pull forward to see if the cars in front were still there. the second i pulled away they answered the speaker. The kind lady behind me told them i didn’t order and asked if i could order at the window. The employee said β€œno, they couldn’t be patient they don’t get food, what is your order?” the lady tried to explain the situation and was told to have a nice day and to please pull out of line. I understand it is a stressful job, i work in a drivethru as well, but the way the lady was spoken to was beyond rude, that is no way to talk to another human, let alone a customer.

Stopped in to get a late bite to eat for supper approximately 845pm to find the doors locked. All signs and lights were still on .... Staff inside yet the doors were locked. According to Business Hours sign they should have still.be OPEN til 9 pm. So we left and headed elsewhere for dinner. Not impressed with this particular location due to a number of reasons.... At one visit they refused cash from a senior citizen and that senior citizen doesn't use her bank card anywhere other than the bank.

Absolutle disappointment, ignorant staff and no care for customers. On a Friday night my pregnant wife that was oh so dearly craving her KFC chicken and I went for a 14 peice bucket at 8:00 pm. When arriving to the drive thru they told us very abruptly and rudely we dont have any chicken for 15 min. We decided we would go over to Tim hortons for a quick coffee to kill the 15 min, when hedding back to KFC we tried to order again and the short answer they gave us was sorry we dont have any chicken for the rest of the night. So you're telling me your called "Kentucky fried chicken" but your not going to serve chicken for the next 2 hours your open? Terrible service wont be returning

I ordered from the drive through late this afternoon. I ordered a chicken crunch sandwich without sauce. When I got home I found 4 tiny wings at the bottom of the box. I called the store and got an answering machine. When I got to the store there were 3 staff outside smoking and no one at the till. I waited 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter. Wow, And in the end when I ate my sandwich it had sause

Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time here. Their menu is always missing items. They often forget to include items in your bag. It's unfortunate because I've given them multiple chances as I've considered kfc to be a rare treat. Not from here.. Owners, do something!

Attended this location twice this week. The first time at 6:11 pm on Monday. There was 1 car ahead of us at the speaker ordering. 17 mins later they finally took her order and she pulled up. I reached the speaker and was told they could not even take my order for another 15 mins. So we drove off without ordering and went to another establishment down the street. Tonight I placed an online order. When I picked up the order I had to go back to the counter 3 times for things forgotten. I got home to find out they had forgotten part of the β€œbox” order and all drinks for 4 meals. Perhaps if the person at the counter had not been spending all his time flirting with lady patrons and the supervisor wasn’t yelling in the back recalling an event from the day, there would have been less distractions and more quality control on the product going out the door. This is not the first time I’ve been at this location either when items have been forgotten. If I lived around the corner I would have returned again. But I’m not and was unable to return to town just for lost items. Quality control in many areas appears to be an ongoing theme in the comments.

I have been a fan of KFC for many years. I visited your new Smiths Falls location in July of last year. The service, food, etc. were good and up to my expectations. However I visited again yesterday around 4:00 pm and purchased a 14 piece bucket of Chicken and salad Th e salad was good , but the chicken left a lot to be desired. It was very greasy and the 14 pieces consisted of 7(seven legs), what appeared to be part of a wing. (no complete wings,), no chicken breasts whatsoever and some thighs......Needless to say I was very disappointed. I have no qualms with the service which was friendly and prompt.....Bob

The good ......crunchy chicken sandwich excellent. The poor...... long wait, fries cool-cold, no napkins, no extra salt I requested, did not have enough cash to accept $100 bill at 11:40 in the morning. Server was pleasant.
