★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lock their doors half an hour early. Don't waste your time with this location just go to the other in town.
The Covid hours said they're open until 10 but the young girl inside, Kendall was her name when I called - locked the doors before 9:30pm so we had to go across town to the other Subway which doesn't have employees that lock their doors half an hour early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is subway so you know the quality will consistently be low. I have an issue with the app not applying coupons. I contacted the restaurant using the email on the receipt where they promised to correct any mistakes. They simply to me that was an issue for "head office". I sent feedback on the app only to receive an automated response that the email wasn't monitored. Finally I filled out the form on their website and I haven't received a response. I don't care about the $2, I am just frustrated that their app is terrible and service in person is no better.
Further I find this location doesn't put on a lot of ingredients.
Try the Pickled Pig a couple of blocks away instead. Locally owned and operated and much better value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn’t there today but I’ll reply, since I was there a few days ago. Ordered 3 subs, 2 were perfect. The 3rd was missing a meat, and instead of extra sauce, I got none at all. I must say it is an exception, they are usually fantastic at both service and quality. 3 stars I’d for this visit, but overall this location deserves 5 stars. I’d have given 4 for this visit, but an email telling me they gave the staff feedback for the issue is not really dealing with ruining my meal despite it being an exception
