★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought food here before and it was always what we expected. This time we went in the evening and arrived about 9:15pm. First, all the outdoor lights were off - it looked closed but we headed for the drive through because it says it's open till 10pm. The lights at the drive through were also off so we couldn't read the menu sign. No one offered assistance through the system so I said " hello??" A very curt response came back " JUST A MINUTE!! " So we waited and waited and finally a voice asked about our order. We got our food found a parking spot and started to eat.
My burger was cold and the large onion rings I ordered was not large and they weren't fresh. But by this time we were too frustrated and with an hour drive ahwad of us we didn't bother going inside to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru speaker has been garbled for 2 decades and if you plan on going through in an extended truck your wheels will rub the curb guaranteed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than you'd expect. Not especially covid safe but the food is good and the staff are friendly. Inside redone in recent years. Too close to the Timmie's traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this location should be ashamed of their selfs. The service is slow they never seem to get the order right. Went thru today asked for a bacon cheeseburger plain just cheese and bacon on the drive thru screen it said heavy all get up to the window even double check that bacon cheese burger is plain right? Just bacon and cheese guy says yep. Get it it has heavy everything my special needs Kid is not going to touch that. Like seriously I get mistakes happen but this is not rocket science I even double checked what a waste of time and money!! I’ll just take my business elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whopper Wednesday is awesome. The chicken sandwiches are much to be desired. The whopper - extra all is a hefty and fulfilling burger. And the King XL is worthy competitor to the McDonalds version.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full disclosure; after driving for two hours and being told I couldn't use their washroom because their dining room was closed made me already upset. However; after using the washroom across the parking lot at Timmy's I still went through the drive thru for lunch for my family.
The food was old and very obviously been sitting in a warmer too long. The cola was over filled with ice. And I was charged for a Whooper I never even got.
Overall not a great experience
