A	Ashley Lattanville on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store fell into the wrong hands. Very dishonest and scamming new owners and I know too much about the background of how they got to where they are now. I would highly suggest making a drive elsewhere rather then spend your money here.

Fire hazard??? Also a maze to get to the checkouts. They should return to the former layout.
D	Dan Laforest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store at 6:30pm on a Tuesday to buy a cabin air filter for my car. Unfortunately CTC is my only option after work. When I finally found someone to help me they told me that that product was out back and the parts counter was closed. I don’t need work done on my car, I just need a part I said. He said he couldn’t access them. This has been one of many horrible experiences I’ve had at this location. No more visits from me ever.
J	Joe Landry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice in the past few month I've been to this store and there literally is no product. Staff is saying it's because of Covid and their trucks are not arriving. I've been to Perth, Kingston and Gananoque and their trucks seem to be arriving. Today I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to buy a product at Canadian Tire Gananoque, because of course, Smiths Falls did not have it. Currently their store is operating at about 40 % ( maximum) stock. It looks like they're going out of business. Gananoque confirmed to me that they receive their shipments once a week.
J	J.G Construction on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should update their hours of business on Google. Nothing more frustrating than driving 30 mins to get here and have to wait an hour for them to open up. Clearly says open 8am Sundays but get here and it opens at 9am!
S	Samantha Van Stoken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the automotive to get a scan done on my Chevy and they said it was my transmission and it would cost close to $7000 to get fixed so I thought I’d get a second opinion over at Chevy dealership in smith falls and it turned out to be intake manifold and that part only cost me $20 absolutely ridiculous if Canadian tire dosent know what it is don’t say it’s something that you clearly have no idea if it is atleast I saved a lot of money on my car!!! Love Chevy dealership!!
