★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great family atmosphere! The staff greeted us within seconds of us walking in, and made us instantly comfortable. Food was delicious, you have to try the maple bacon pizza, and the bread sticks. The waitress was fast even though she seemed really busy. Our food was on our table in 15 minutes! Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. We will be back! Thanks pizza hut!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would give it a better rating but, it seems that when we pay for delivery we get attitude on the phone from said delivery driver, and the time spots for this place are set for no later then 9pm, or at least for the Smiths Falls location. I would like to rectify that if your going to be a customer service worker, that you put on a fake smile and don't cop attitude with a customer that's been nothing but polite and nice to you, which we're nothing but every time! aside from this, great food awesome back kitchen staff, friendly dining service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited a little over an hour for my delivery. Finally, I called. Ya they were busy. I canceled the order. I have not tried to order from that pizza hut for a few years. Still has bad service. I should have checked the reviews first. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke as of late. Friday nights or any busy night, they change the features of their website so you can't order online and you have to call. Then if someone ever answers, you get someone extremely rude.
Food quality is ridiculous as well. Either burnt or dough not cooked. Pizza is less than 1/8 of an inch thick. Missing items.
I do not know how this place is still in business. New owners/management/staff is desperately needed. Everything about this place is deplorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am pretty disappointed with the food that was served to me. The first time was not too bad although the pizza was extremely greasy. The second time, it said my order was ready for pickup so I went in to get it. The person that was there said it would take a few minutes. He was texting on his phone and then went straight to make my salad without washing hands or wearing gloves. He reached into the lettuce bag and grabbed out the lettuce. It wasnt at all fresh. The croutons very hard and stale and left uncovered. The pizza came out of the oven and he quickly cut it up. I had pieces that weren't cut all the way and and I feel like it was slightly undercooked.
