She took her time and did a great job on my hair and the price was totally reasonable. I liked this place because it was professional without being pretentious. I felt welcome and at ease. Will be going back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t respect the appointment time. After 25 minutes of waiting my wife asked how long she would continue to wait, then they said 45 more minutes. It’s not ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jess is a very talented stylist for curly hair, and straight hair! On my first visit she took the time to really understand my needs.
I entered with a bunch of frizz and lack of shape. I left with shiny curls with a great overall shape that's easy to maintain on my own in the mornings. She clearly has a lot of experience with curly hair.
She also had a lot of great tips to share. I'm super happy to have found such a great stylist, and salon, in Kanata North!
Update: she also did my colour correction (box dye used during lockdown) and it cane out amazing! Her recommendations were spot on, and she was fantastic about explaining the process and what to expect. I'm a regular now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never left a negative review but I was so disappointed today. I have a newborn so making my appointment wasn’t easy for me. After waiting for 25 min after my appointment time I asked why Zoe was delayed to the receptionist. She hadn’t even asked the stylist and asked me if she should go and ask. After asking she said I could reschedule because she was going to be up to another 45 min. Was the plan to let me sit there for over an hour waiting? I waited a week for this appointment and I am so disappointed. Will not be returning.
