The two ladies on staff, Lauren & Patti were exceptional from start to finish. They listened to our needs, made professional suggestions, and we left with both the perfect product, and thankful smiles too! :o)

β β β β β Been purchasing foam for every project we do. Patti at the foam shop has been helpful, but receiving the finished products is below average waiting time is 3-4 weeks, we understand it's not her fault but sometimes the run around is not worth it.
We would recommend to shop around to compare, their advertised sale prices are about the same as the competitors regular prices.

β β β β β The staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable. I had them replace my sofa cushions, and they were done within 5.5 hours. The new cushions restored so much life into sofa that I won't be having to buy a new one. My back already feels so much better since replacing the cushions and I'm so happy the foam shop offers this service. Will definitely be back in the future.

β β β β β I had a very positive experience at this foam shop today . The staff was very professional, polite and so helpful ! I came into the shop needing some foam to cover a very awkwardly shaped piece for my boat. The manager kindly found me a piece of foam that was in the shopβs βscrap pileβ, made a template and cut it out for me, all at no charge. I would recommend this foam shop without hesitation to anyone!!!

β β β β β I just got some new foam to replace the backs of my couch. its like having a brand new couch. decently priced, the guys were polite and informative. highly recommend visiting this place before tossing out an old couch

β β β β β Absolutely the worst customer service. I called to have foam inserts for a tool box, they said they had everything in stock, and price was around $27. I drove down, went it, and everything fell apart. Turns out they didnt have what they said they did, and I was then quoted $67 to have the foam supplied. When I asked for the workers name to pass along how poorly I was treated, they refused and told me to leave a google review if I was upset. Avoid shopping here at all costs if you want integrity or customer service.
I drove to the foam zone and they had everything in stock that day for cheaper.
