★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We come in all the time to have Jay trim our dogs' nails so we thought we'd bring the dogs in for a groom. We didn't get Jay and had another groomer do it.
My little guy had over a dozen cuts all over his belly and severe razor marks. I brought him back the next day to ask why she didn't notice that he was bleeding while she was shaving his belly and she said," You should have mentioned that he has such a sensitive tummy". There is no way she wouldn't have noticed as she was going that he had a dozen fresh, bleeding cuts. He was crying and uncomfortable for days.
Bummer.
We continue to get nail trims from Jay but haven't used the grooming services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best groomer in town they always clip our dog the way WE want it and not to the breed look they are always polite and very thorough, once they even nicked my dog as she is a handful and they were very fast to tell us and accept any responsibility and to be honest it was so superficial they could have never told us and we would never have known. They are the best in stony in my opinion
