K	Kristine Dizon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience at The Cave! The staff was super friendly and the facility itself is very clean. Sessions are by appointment only. They limit the number of people during sessions, which I truly appreciated as I was worried about having to social distance, but this was not a problem at all. I really liked how well organized their website is and gives you lots of information about their rooms and their current prices. Towels are provided for for use in the saunas/steam rooms and they always check and restock as needed. Someone also always checks and mops the floor dry every now and then. The washroom has 2 showers, a toilet, lockers, and medium sized mirrors. Showers have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use - I must say they smell so good. I wanted to ask what brand they use for their body wash, but I forgot! I came out of the spa super calm and relaxed and it was a much needed spa treat for myself. I’d recommend this place to friends and family any time!

Thank you for opening this incredible place for EVERYONE to enjoy. This blew my expectations away. The spa area was spotless as well. We booked again before we even left! Victoria was an angel, thanks Victoria! We can’t wait to come back. I will honestly book this place as often as we can. Beauty!
G	G Dunlop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful experience. Went here for some well needed relaxation. Water, granola bars and oranges were offered as well as towels, robes, cover ups and flip flops. We moved through the variety of different saunas for 2 hours and enjoyed the tranquility in the scents and ambiance of each room. Only thing I wish was the music volume was adjustable as it was tough to hear - I personally love the ambiance of some good music so I had my own music playing on my phone. Curb appeal you can tell is in the works. The building where the spas are is quite nice but driving up had me questioning for a moment if I was at the right place. Once we went in you can tell right away the love and care put into the building. Staff are not super chatty, instructions are shared very quick and when your 2 hours are done it’s a a quick rush to get out before the next clients. Other than bringing your own Bluetooth if you need music louder than a 2 volume , would highly recommend.

I’ve been 3 times and I seriously can’t wait to go again, hate that I live so far away now. The prices are so fair. Such a great way to spend a few hours and leave feeling so relaxed. All of the rooms are amazing ❤️❤️ do yourself a favor and go… you’ll regret you haven’t went sooner

You get flip flops once you came in and if you are there first time they walk you around and tell which sauna has herbal or is warmest. The rest area is great as well, massage chairs and they have robe to put on yourself and enjoy relax more. I fall asleep there as I really relaxed. They also cooperate with massage therapist, so book that one as well. I will return for sure. It is very busy place so make sure you book your spot!

Adrianna is super helpful and kind. You can tell she really takes care of the place and has pride for her business. The pricing is amazing for what you're getting! Highly recommend checking it out!
