★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best gym I've ever been to. Not only is the staff amazing at teaching but they actually care about their clients and pay attention to detail. They've helped me change my everyday life for the better, I am more disciplined and focused. Not to mention how clean the building has been (for those worried about Covid-19) the staff also does an amazing job of reassuring your safety and taking the extra steps to do so. 5 Stars from me! Best gym I've ever been to by far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is by far the best gym in Durham region. Kyle, Steve and Aaron have so much patients with all skill levels, they take their time to teach you and the way they boost your confidence is phenomenal. From the boxing classes to the fitness aspect of the gym, they just give 110% to every area of the gym and have such great focus on the classes and individuals as well. Anyone looking for a workout, looking to getting into boxing or wish to take their skills to the next level, I would highly recommend The Cave Boxing and Fitness. My son has never looked so comfortable with a gym and trainers that actually have accolades to prove they are who they say they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic gym with amazing owners, trainers, and people! Their classes are challenging yet fun and I love that the classes run all day so lots of flexibility. The trainers work with your skill level and help you. Non-judgemental trainers, members are the same. Love it so much I have my kids in classes and they love it there too! Highly recommend, you will not regret it!

He made me a good fighter and at the same time we had great Conversation overall this gym is the greatest I’ve ever been too! If your looking for a gym this is the one!!! Go get strong stop being soft!?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cave Boxing is definitely the best boxing gym I've walked into when looking for a gym in the Durham Region. From the members to the coaches they welcome you with open arms and treat you like family right away. Everybody fits in. We have amazing and supportive coaches, Coach Kyle, Coach Scott and Coach Derrin that not only bring their knowledge of boxing throughout a tough workout but they make sure you're having fun while doing it. You feel confident and amazing after a class! I am 5 foot 9 and weighted 250lbs before committing to boxing. I have lost 67 lbs in 4 months and in the best shape of my life. Cave Boxing is your "home away from home" with the positive energy from everyone, positive advice, support and team work everybody wants to see each other win and that's what I love about this boxing gym. I've matured, became disciplined, healthier physically and most importantly mentally. You become addicted to a healthy lifestyle in and out the gym. "Eat Sleep Breathe Boxing"
