My first contract comes to an end this Friday, June 4th and I already have a new job starting the following week. Wanda personally worked with me by matching me with the job that best suits my skills. As soon as she knew my contract ended she immediately told me to update my resume and send it to her. I find Wanda to be very easy to talk to, non-judgmental and she has a positive attitude. I was very shocked to see the negative reviews posted. I had a great experience and would recommend Staff Plus Ajax.

I let the HR recruiter know my salary expectations and wanted to decline going forward with the interview as the job posting was too low. My fault for not realizing the job ad was below my expectations. The HR recruiter assured me that she felt what I was asking for was within reason and to still come for the interview. I decided to go to the interview. I show up on time. The owner who is going to interview me is late . It's a pretty decent interview. He asks me when I could meet with his team in the specific office they are hiring for. I ask specifically about the salary expectations. He proceeds to tell me that my experience as a staffing coordinator is not in the same field so I would start lower. He then proceeds to tell me that because I am currently working part-time he would be offering me full-time hours, so I would be technically getting more money. "You would just have to work for your money". Then proceeds to tell me how I have been working part-time and people will not be willing to look at me for a full-time position because of this. Then explains how when retired people start working again and cannot keep up with the full-time schedule, comparing me to retired people. Waste of time. I feel bad for people that work there currently as I'm sure he tries to devalue them as people as well. Don't work here.
