K	Katie Bidd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having worked in the JRM office, I can attest to the many challenges it is to deal with so many of the workers that come through. That made up name “Barry Gables” review is disgraceful. Saying Rick doesn’t pay what he owes to employees is laughable. He pays what is owed, what is obligated, what is agreed, and most often what is way more than deserved. His thoughtfulness and generosity toward his employees is very well known, and talked about. To say that “this Rick guy has no empathy towards his employees” and saying that “he treats everyone with pure hatred” only proves that this person has never worked here, and does not know Rick at all. There is 100s of reviews and guys who have worked here, and more than 40 currently working here that will attest to his kindness and care. This is a wonderful place to work, and to get ahead, and to grow as a person and worker in both experience and character. My advice, you need a job, talk to Rick, and decide for yourself what you think.

The way they treat you was respectful and they help you get the right job that’s good for what you can do. That Kelly guy worked one day, he was annoying, and complained to everyone. He barely did anything, and then end of day just quit. He did want to be paid out immediately, but was told no. And then when he didn’t get his way, he does that review, it’s absurd. I was there when he was told he would have to wait and be paid on scheduled payday, Rick was not rude, or disrespectful, so what exactly did JRM do wrong. When I was told about the review, and read his tantrum, I wanted to respond. JRM for sure stays true to the application agreement you sign, but is also very fair and forgiving to those who deserve it. People rarely appreciate anything done for them, but this place is generous and upright. Just because you don’t get your way, or your not allowed to get away with certain type of behaviour, doesn’t mean they’re not a good company. I think overall most guys here appreciate Rick, and the work JRM gives them.

We follow protocol and safety regulations are always a top priority for us! This is certainly a family environment with Rick at the helm providing care to his employees as though they are an extension of his family and has certainly brought us all together. We are always grateful to the amazing things and generosity the Rick provides for us. He certainly cares for his employees we could never ask for better employer

They seem to really invest in each employee, and absolutely will do whatever they can to give you the best chance to succeed. Truthfully, if you show any real motivation and work ethic, you will make excellent money and be given consistent work. I think very few agencies hold up to the excellent standards they have.

It’s hard to believe it’s an agency even, it operates very well, and treats you very differently than most agencies, you’re actually appreciated here. I have gotten full time consistent work. The owner is definitely more than fair and generous, but sometimes can be hard and rigid too when it comes to bonuses and giving guys breaks. Overall its a decent place to work, and if you show a willingness to work hard, you'll find this to be a good job, which I have found to be true so far.

The access to reputable clients, and the diversity of work offered is why I continue to work here. I would recommend.

The work isn’t overly challenging, and if you dress right the cold isn’t too bad to deal with. I have been pleased with money I have been making, and I’ve been treated really well, this place is very good at communicating and acknowledging your effort and value. I know they’re always looking for more guys, so I definitely recommend reaching out to them if you need work.
