V	Victoria Sanita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best burger I've had in a long time. I also got mac & cheese bites which were great. My boyfriend and I were happily surprised with how cheap the prices were compared to how good the food was. 10/10!! Will definitely be going back again soon.

First time purchase too. Then to put icing on the cake... Approximately 10 to 15 minutes later, I walk towards the truck and a woman asked me what I would like to order... I had already placed order. Had to wait another 5 minutes... Very disappointed and left hangry (hungry)!!!

A	Ad E Line on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are big supporters of local restaurants and were excited to try Burger Shack after reading reviews and seeing FB posts. Ordered 5 burgers: 1 Shack burger, 2 banquet and 2 cheeseburgers, plus fried mac n cheese bites, deep fried pickles and large poutine. At first look and smell, everything looked and smelt amazing. Taking a first crunchy bite, we realized all 5 burgers were burnt. Our family was served charred meat from a food truck that specializes in burgers. The rest of the food was okay. Nothing tasted home made, but tasted cooked from frozen; burger patties look like the ones we buy from Costco. Ordering was awkard. Man taking orders seemed cold and rough around the edges. If you're not comfortable talking to people, get someone else to answer the phones.

I also grabbed a cheeseburger for $6.50... So for $17.50 out the door, with incredibly friendly service; that's a slam dunk 5 star rating right there. Now for the food itself; the fries were fantastic, and reminiscent of Johnny Burger style (for those who are familiar). The burger was significantly large, and very good (although it didn't quite make my top 3 list) and it came with a wide variety of topping options, such as green olives, which was a classy touch. My wife LOVED her burger, and that's rare. I will definitely be back to try more items on their menu (snapshot attached). I'm particularly looking forward to trying her fries supreme.
