★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware! Do not purchase extended cleaning warranty. It’s a scam. I was told during purchase that this is ideal for family wear and tear and can be used to get couch cleaned and stains removed, salesman made it sound like this was an easy no questions asked process. This is a lie. Upon trying to use this “warranty” I was told I’d have to pay out of pocket to have couches cleaned … and IF stains do no come out then I can contact the Brink again about this warranty.
Very dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I purchased a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher from The Brick in North Bay. Hayden Comeau was very helpful and knowledgeable. I love the appliances he helped me choose. I will not hesitate to purchase from then again in the future !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of the Brick North bay for I'm sure over 20yrs, the quality for me has always been exceptional I have handed down pieces of further to family just starting out and is still going, I watched for sale prices that suited my budget.
The sales staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me find and make great suggestions as to what I want and need.
