★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long time staff that will totally ignore you exist unless you are a regular. Easily the worst staff in any fabricland in ontario & quebec. Too bad as options for the area are really limited. In comparison the fabricland in Pembroke has really good staff and stock isn't piled 10' out of reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are mainly elderly women who work there unsurprisingly but they are extremely friendly. They take the restrictions seriously there. Make sure you're prepared to follow the directions or you won't be permitted in.
Great service and great deals right now. Limits on some products though. Such as elastic straps for using on face coverings. 20m per person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need a large quantity of material and after looking online, I decided I better go to North Bay and get some help because I know nothing about fabric and this is going to cost me a lot. The reviews said the staff were helpful but after spending 20-30 minutes there, I couldn't find any help at all. I was considering standing in the cut line to see if someone there could help me but they seemed very busy and the line wasn't moving so I left. What a waste of time. Lots of material options though and the lady unlocking and locking the door was friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for fabric and the service was exceptional. Amazing tips and tricks for my sewing adventure. Highly recommend them for your fabric and sewing needs! Definitely would go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had a lot of different patterns to choose from but some of the staff was no very helpful and the prices were a bit high. When I asked for help from the one staff member she made me feel as though I was a bother. I even went back to the same Staff member to ask another question and she just kept talking to her friend or co worker. I waited patiently for a while but she never acknowledged me so I ended up leaving the store without a purchase.
