The customer service received by my sales person was great. However, I was promised my purchase of appliances would be reserved once in stock up to 6 months (I required 4). At this point, 3 other Brick employees have confirmed to me this is not true. The customer service department quoted they would reserve “At best, 1 week ahead of move in [and if it is not in stock] at that time, too bad. That’s how it is”. Update: Order was confirmed to be fulfilled and in stock 3 weeks prior to delivery. One week before delivery, was told that my stove was sold to someone else. Ended up having to call literally a dozen times to get my stove delivery date pushed 3-4 days at a time until it was pushed for 5 weeks. I was told LG had a supply issue with the brick by Maxime the manager. Thus, proposed to purchase the same stove at another store where it was in stock, and was denied. I was refunded 210$ short of the cost of the stove… Highly recommend purchasing appliances from Bestbuy, ordered Friday, received Tuesday! Plus they will match the brick’s pricing without hassle!

Had a great time shopping at your store. The sales rep, Mylene was very knowledgeable about beds and the product lines you had on display. She was kind, polite and was helpful in showing me all the selections. I would definitely recommend her and your location to anyone. Great experience all around!

I went in to exchange an unopened microwave within 7 days of my purchase and the guy at customer service refused saying I only had 48 hours to return. However their return policy clearly states 7 days but he said that was only for lamps and accessories. He wouldn’t let me speak with a manager so I left and returned it at the Cyrville store with no issues. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, ever. *edit: I sent them an email but they never responded ?

My Partner and I recently purchased a mattress, bedframe and accessories. Our salesperson Maria was 10/10. What really made this purchase a real feel good experience and prompted this review was the delivery team of Nick and Jeremy. They went above and beyond and we were so grateful for their service!

We bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer at the Brick store on a Saturday afternoon November 14th. After having found a salesman, Mr. Roland W., he clearly explained to us the invoicing and very importantly, the delays of 4-6 weeks for the delivery. We have chosen to purchase the Brick Signature Guarantee, again, Roland has taken the time to explain the warranty in detail. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is simply, after waiting a good 10 minutes, no salesperson came to us to ask if we had any questions etc. (we were the only ones in the appliances section). I am confident that all steps have been taken by the seller to make us save money. Thank you Rolland W. for the discount and more importantly… Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Brick is an awful company. I made the mistake of buying my dishwasher at this place. A whole bunch of thieves and liar. I paid for them to install my dishwasher for almost 2 weeks it is still seating in my kitchen. Costumer service 0 please don’t go to the Gatineau to buy anything after sale service is horrible.

I initially had a less than pleasing experience online but the service I received in store from Franck Charpentier was really good. Franck was professional, knowledgeable and did everything to fix the issues I had online. Thanks to you Franck I will continue doing business with The Brick.

Absolutely awful. I spent many weeks selecting a sofa for my brand new space, took pictures of it in the showroom,sat on many sofa's and poured over my inspiration colour swatches. When I ordered the sofa, I was excited for it to arrive. I didn't take into consideration, their flourescent lighting washes out the tones of the furniture. When it arrived, my bright windows cast a whole different lighting on the sofa and it no longer looks good with my warm soft colours. The sofa is so wrong and looks completely horrible. My colours don't go with it at all. I went to The Brick and was told they do not provide a Satisfaction Guarantee, which means, they'll happily take your money, sell you anything and if you don't like it when you get it home, too bad, final sale. No compassion, no options provided, no customer service at all, they do not care. I now have a sofa I do not want and I will never ever shop at any Brick store ever again. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.
