C	Cynthia Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned away at 5:15PM when they close at 5:30PM. I asked why, and the manager said, "If we close at 5:30, we would never go home". If you work somewhere that closes at 5:30, then yes, you won't go home until after 5:30.

Sign up about required appointment for cutting fabrics but no indication of how to make the appointment. When asked, I was told that there was a number to call but that the person wasn't working. Stood in line to cut some ribbon on a risk and they did it with no question so inconsistent. Staff are mostly friendly with the odd exception.

It is also illegal to show proof or any identification!! SHAME on her! Terrible terrible! I am a long time customer and I have now heard this information not once but multiple times now!!! If she is lookong for a lawsuit..I think she has found one. These are the types of establishments I want to see shut doen forever because they cannot seem to follow the law. Canadians have rights and freedoms..but Fabricland thinks they don't exist. Very shameful. Happy to take my business needs elsewhere.

I didn't see door activation buttons and some areas of the store it was tooo small for a wheelchair or walker to pass. The layout was good but once again not well measured for mobility aid users. The store was clean and had alot of sale signs which got confusing at some points. This store could get a 5 star but only if they fix their unaccessibility and there signs. I wouldn't consider this store if you use mobility aids, its a tripping hazard and you can get stuck between items.
