After 3 months my faux leather recliner sofa is discoloured near the headrest and they refuse to do anything about it. Im talking 1ft by 1ft discoloured area. We barely used the couch and our heads are not greasy it’s regular use it shouldn’t be this bad after 3 months. 1100$ couch and already looks horrible. Not cool. Do not recommend buying from them. I had bought the stain protection plan but apparently it does not cover the cheap material discolouring.

After you pay and they have your money in their pocket the way of talking to consumers and services change 180 degree. It was our first time we shopped there but definitely it gonna be the last !!!

Professional, knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. Was a positive experience and I would recommend to all. I had heard things regarding past reputation, however the business is under new management. Will definitely go back.

I went in a couple times to look at sleeper sofas and they had a great variety for excellent prices compared to their competition. Their sales staff is very friendly but not at all pushy, which I appreciated. They are also very transparent about their stock availability given the shortages due to the pandemic, which is like a breath of fresh air in comparison to other stores I've (unfortunately) shopped at for appliances and furniture. They made me wish I had shopped here instead! When I was ready to place my delivery order, I was helped by Michel and he was great. They provided the delivery date at the time of purchase, which was less than a week away and conveniently on a Saturday. The delivery process was seamless and everything happened exactly according to the process they explained. The delivery arrived within the provided 4-hour time window and everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

They seemed to have some nice furniture in there. Sadly I found the same product elsewhere for cheaper. I did enjoy the salesperson who was personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to see what else they have. ??
