Excellent quality, affordable prices, all based in Quebec. Their fatbikes are for me the top of the top in terms of winter transportation, or just to walk on the beach. I highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait l'achat de 2 fatbike chez Spherik. Celui qui m'a vendu le premier est celui qui fait le design des cadres, je n'ai jamais rencontré de vendeur qui connaissait autant son produit. Le rapport qualité prix de leurs fatbike est difficile a battre et ils ne cheap pas sur les composants. Ils n'ont pas 1000 modèles différents mais c'est très bien comme ça, on ne s'y perd pas et ils prennent le temps de bien servir les clients. En plus, on achète directement du manufacturier qui est basé à Québec!
I bought 2 fatbikes from Spherik. The one who sold me first is the one who designs the frames, I have never met a salesperson who knew his product so well. The value for money of their fatbikes is hard to beat and they aren't cheap on components. They don't have 1000 different models, but that's fine, you don't get lost and they take the time to serve customers well. In addition, we buy directly from the manufacturer who is based in Quebec!

Mon prochain vélo sera certainement un Spherik. Rarement eu une aussi bonne expérience client. Merci!
Excellent service! I was able to test an SRU road bike for free. The staff take the time to fully explain their products to us. The bikes are exceptional for the price. My next bike will definitely be a Spherik. Rarely had such a good customer experience. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il y a longtemps que j'ai vu un aussi mauvais service dans un magasin à surface quelconque. J'ai attendu 20 min devant les articles de vêtements (au centre du magasin) en attendant qu'un employé vient me voir pour des conseils. Au final, aucun service. J'ai donc décidé de prendre un article sans être conseillé pour me rendre à la caisse pour payer. Un autre 15 minutes à attendre pour payer avec l'article dans mes mains. Aucun signe. Quelques employés sans client passant à côté de moi sans me faire payer. J'ai dû quitter sans rien acheter au final.
It's been a long time since I've seen such poor service in a nondescript store. I waited 20 min in front of the clothing items (in the center of the store) waiting for an employee to come to me for advice. In the end, no service. So I decided to take an item without being advised to go to the checkout to pay. Another 15 minutes to wait to pay with the item in my hands. No sign. A few employees without customers passing me by without charging me. I had to leave without buying anything in the end.
