J'y allais pour acheter des bottes de randonnées, et l'employée n'est jamais venu m'adresser la parole. Plus occupée à être sur son téléphone.
J'y ai été une autre fois et j'avais des questions pour les employés du service de mécanique de vélo, et l'employé ne connaissait pas du tout son stock.
Le manque de service semble être une grande problématique l'endroit à voir les avis, donc je ne vous recommande pas d'y aller si vous avez besoin de conseils !

I went there to buy hiking boots, and the employee never came to speak to me. No longer busy being on her phone.
I've been there another time and had some questions for the bike mechanic service clerks, and the clerk didn't know his stock at all.
The lack of service seems to be a big issue the place to see the reviews, so I don't recommend you go there if you need advice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive. Looks like a good selection of snow equipment, should have looked here first but just bought pants, goggles, and gloves at Empire next door. LVS seemed to have a larger selection of snowboard gear, as well as ski and other sports. Thanks to our airline not delivering baggage we got to find this great place.

I bought cycling shoes from here which failed after 4 months in the same place on both shoes.
The only option I was given was to send the shoes back to manufacturer and wait 3 months for a Decision on wether they will repair refund or replace.
This appears to not respect the consumer law in Quebec.
I will no longer use this store.
Not worth the risk especially when there are safe alternatives like MEC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a pair of ski boots online, and they arrived without the footbed insole that is supposed to be there with the boot. I called the 1-800 line, and they told me it was a store issue (rather than central), as the item was shipped directly from a store, and that they would get the store to contact me. That was 1.5 weeks ago. I have emailed them 4 times, and tried to call both the store and the 1-800 line, and left messages, but nobody has gotten back to me. At the store level, their message says to 'call back' as they are dealing with high volume of calls, with no opportunity to leave a message. Not acceptable customer service levels. On the positive, the boots did arrive quickly, and they did have free returns if I needed. I just want the insoles that are supposed to be with the boot, or barring that, a custom insole to be provided....Would be great to actually have someone from the company get back to me to start with!!!! (update - after numerous calls and emails, they finally got back to me, and are sending a stock pair of replacement insoles - am sure this will be fine, but level of communication should be improved)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. The sale staff sold us a $300 pair of sport sunglasses...that instantly fogs even in the summer. When trying to exchange the sunglasses (which clearly was a total rip off), la Vie Sportive completely refused any kind of arrangement. A total rip off. An honest business would replace a defaulting product...
