Laurent a à coeur la satisfaction de ses clients et offre une très grande disponibilité autant au moment de votre achat, tout comme après si des ajustements sont nécessaires. Bien que simple il y a des détails à connaître dans le fonctionnement du vélo electrique pour être pleinement satisfait de son rendement, laurent saura vous les faire connaître, d'ailleurs une vidéo serait un bon aide-memoire! L'autonomie de la batterie est particulièrement intéressante pour le prix. Quant au moteur pour l'assistance au pédalier... il rencontre mes importantes exigences que j'ai, puisque je l'utilise dans charlevoix où je circule constamment dans les cotes sans peine. Mon vélo de "matante" me procure l'exercices, le plaisir et la mobilité escomptés dans un endroit où sans l'aspect électrique je ne ferais tout simplement pas de vélo.
