S	Sue Bradley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group of five friends rented bikes for a week long cycling trip on Route Verte. We are experienced cyclists. We have planned a week long trip every June for over 20 years. We were most impressed with the service and patience of the young man who helped us get fitted with our bikes. The price for the weeklong rental was very reasonable. The bikes were, however, a disappointment. They could not have had a tuning up before renting them to us. We could not shift gears properly and two bikes could eventually not shift at all. The tires were bald on all but one bike. One bike seat could not stay up and was eventually unrideable. Shame on you, Roy-O Bicycles for sending us out for a week on poorly maintained bikes. It was potentially dangerous and spoiled our enjoyment of a great trail.

Once on our trip a number of us had trouble with gears slipping and not shifting at all, chains were black with grease. We wondered when the bikes had last been tuned up. I wish the bikes had been prepared a little better for us. I'm not sure if they are not used to renting bikes for longer trips. I would rent from them again as they were helpful and prices were good.

We visited Quebec from Ontario and were very pleased to find a shop that actually stocked a good selection of Brooks and Ortlieb product. I bought a saddle and a seat bag, my wife bought a saddle which was not in stock, but which was mailed to us in a reasonably short period of time. The place to go for premium product. This shop is staffed fast moving hard working "bike people" , for some it may be a bit of a different experience than the shops with rows of gleaming bikes and fancy dressed salespeople strolling the aisles.

I spent about an hour in the shop with Julian (owner) he fixed me up with a really cool bike frame Specialize in custom building new bikes to meet avid bikers If you require any maintenance they have a 1-2 week backlog so get your bikes in ASAP! They occasionally have used bikes for sale as well!
