Ils sont excellents pour venir signifier une requête, mais par la suite c'est terminé. Aucun service. C'est un gars chargé de l'entretien des bureaux qui vous accueillera chaleureusement avec ses pantalons tachés de peinture et son chandail troué. Si vous êtes chanceux, la "vraie" secrétaire sera peut-être à son bureau, mais sachez qu'elle n'aime pas son travail et elle n'est pas pressée de vous répondre ou de vous rappeler. Bonne chance!
They are excellent for coming to serve a request, but eventually it's over. No service. It's a guy in charge of the office maintenance who will welcome you warmly with his paint-stained pants and his holey sweater. If you're lucky, the "real" secretary may be at her desk, but know she does not like her job and she's not in a hurry to answer you or call you back. Good luck!

Cett endroit m'a été recommandé par un autre huissier que j'avais bien aimé, dans un secteur différent. Cependant, je n'ai pas aimé du tout leur approche/service. La secrétaire a prit une journée complète à me rappeler, ce que je trouve ridicule comme délai, puis elle était TELLEMENT bête. Je n'en reviens pas encore. Manque de professionnalisme flagrant. Faudrait réellement revoir votre service à la clientèle !
This place was recommended to me by another usher whom I had liked, in a different sector. However, I did not like their approach / service at all. The secretary took a full day to remember, which I find ridiculous as a delay, then she was SO dumb. I can not believe it again. Lack of flagrant professionalism. You really should review your customer service!

(Original post below at the end) ---------------------------------- This review was edited from 5 stars to 1 star for the following reason: The bailiff when having received the documents from his secretary and then having gone to the courthouse has charge us 80$ for an emergency trip to the courthouse which is maybe like 10 minutes away and that he goes there every day. He used the excuse that his secretary wasn't even in on that day. Well frankly that's not my fault that she wasn't in. She's the one who was sick. The cherry on top was that the head bailiff went to the courthouse and didn't even think of paying the court stamp for the answer to be accepted into the court file. Got a call this morning from the court clerk asking what they should do with the answer. When the bailiff called me back and I informed him about the situation he tried to pass it off on me saying we never asked for it to be paid, saying that he didn't know it should be paid. Like sir excuse me but it is pretty clear in the law that when you produce an answer a civil litigation file that the court stamp needs to be paid, no questions asked. I was instructed not to do business with this bailiff anymore. -------------------- (Original post) Okay, First I want to say that it's possible that not everyone is able to take a direct and blunt approach to doing business with bailiffs, but you need to understand that they are the closest bailiffs to the courthouse and they can be very busy at times. My experience is that the secretary was off sick at home. I called with an important production that needed to be accomplished the same day without fail. I needed an attestation (Fac simile) and the only way to get it done was for the secretary to actually go into the office. She went into the office even though she was sick and she got the job done. Whether she was talking to me with cotton candy words or simply stern and direct to the point is irrelevant but in my opinion when dealing with clients and the law, direct and to the point is best. So when you call you should know what you want and how you want it to get done and give clear and concise instructions. If they don't give a report right away don't worry, if they said they would get it done it will get done. if you haven't had any reply by 13H00 the next day then a friendly follow-up wouldn't hurt but be patient...You're not the only one.
