★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendeur de nationalité française extrêmement arrogant et impoli. Mon mari et moi n’en sommes pas revenus. Il a même eu le culot de nous montrer la porte. Quelle entreprise se permet d’avoir un tel employé de nos jours? Pénurie de main d’œuvre sans doute… Plus jamais à cet endroit.
 Extremely arrogant and impolite seller of French nationality. My husband and I couldn't get over it. He even had the nerve to show us the door. What company can afford to have such an employee these days? Labor shortage no doubt… Never again in this place.

Emailed them and called about an order not being shipped for over a month and a half despite getting a confirmation that the order was processed. When I called they said they would look into it and call me back. Needless to say the call was not returned and they sent me an email stating that they no longer had the part and would credit my card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great product, customer service was awful. We made an online purchase for a bike and was told delivery would be $25. The next day we received the invoice from the shop saying everything was processed, and that we would receive the tracking number shortly. 5 days go by, and I receive a phone call from Demers informing me that I need to pay an additional $95 on top of the $25 quoted for shipping. They refused to budge on the price, or add any accessories to help offset this incurred expense. After paying the additional shipping expense, I received a phone call stating that the bike was ready for pickup. Just an absolute disaster as this was an order to be shipped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Bought from them online. after the purchase they stopped responding to my inquiries regarding shipping the item. I had to open a Paypal case. I finally got the item, but whoever I communicated with was very rude and resorted to swearing at me. Never again with this shop.

But these guys were responsive, easy to deal with, and super professional. I was looking at purchasing online and they were great. I was dealing with Remi, and I highly recommend him and anyone associated with this shop!
