I got a flat right outside their shop and noticed there was still someone inside, even though they'd been closed for an hour already. I knocked on the door and explained the situation (we were on our way to visit friends who were leaving town in an hour, so time was precious!) and he very kindly and promptly fixed my bike! I am super grateful and don't find this sort of service very common anymore. Would recommend.

Over the years, we had all our family's bikes serviced and I noticed on more than one occasion the owner and his wife oversee the work done by their employees. They are courteous and very professional to both their clients and employees. I've seen them try to save people money by offering alternatives. For example, we had old training wheels from my eldest bike and with my youngest new bike they couldn't fit because of the suspension seat. So he offered to cut them to put them on. This way we didn't have to buy new training wheels. Don't be deterred by some of the reviews. See for yourself.

Bunch of great humans working there! from the oldest to the youngest all gave me great service. No overzealous salesman here. Flat 20$ , tuneup 50$ & a 3 day delay.

Lovely shop, the vibe here is unpretentious, no one is trying to sell you a 500$ bike at all costs, no one telling me my bike is not worth repairing. I’ve been riding the same bike for 10 plus years, and it’s a light steel frame, parts are always available… These guys are on the same page as I : overconsumption is worsening the climate crisis. Thanks for repairing my bike, you guys are the best in Villeray!

I bought a bike here for 250 + taxes, when they gave it to me I saw it wasn't in the best shape but anyway I took it, trusting their word it was technically fine. In the first week I started having problems with the gears, so I went and they did something, then i kept having problems with the gears, I came back, left it for 3 days and when I came back they told me I should be thankful because it was my fault because "I had supposedly twisted the chain because I didnt know how to use the gears", and because they had changed the wheels that they had given me 2 weeks before in a very bad state. That bike wasnt worth 250 dollars and they still expect me to be thankfull.

Will never set foot here again. I phoned in about purchasing training wheels and was given a price. I went to the store to buy them and the first impression was that the owner was in a bad mood, had a frown on his face as if bringing a new bike & work for them was a nuisance but told me to leave the bike and he would install them. An employee greeted me for the order and said it would take a few days, maximum a week and I was sent off. However I went back in because they didn't give me any receipt at all after I left them the brand new bike. Days passed by and no signs of life. I called 6 days later and after a brief discussion was told the bike would be ready "tomorrow." I called the day after and to make a long story short ended up going to the store an hour before closing and they had just started working on the bike. More than half an hour after closing time the owner tells me that it's a complicated job and will take longer to do. In the end I got the bike two days later. When I went to pay they charged me $40.00 more for installation which I was NEVER told before. If there was an installation fee they should have been transparent about it. After I argued they discounted $4.00. The work performed was mediocre. The wheels were aligned crooked and touched the chain on the new bike. Also after checking with other stores, some don't charge for installation if you buy training wheels from them, others charge $10.00 therefor $40.00 is exaggerated.

It was my first time here to replace brake pads and along the wheel for giving better thrust when the battery is connected. They charged me 114 cad for that, and ended up with more issues. For the price I paid the issue was not solved and ended up with more issues. The back brakes are still loose and not fixed properly. The seat alignment was broken by the mechanics which they won't agree and I have to replace entire seat assembly if I have to fix this. The mechanic there was not helpful either in my case to give a solution. Might be it that they had too many bikes to fix they didn't pay attention to the repairs but I wasted my 100 bucks. They were not able to give the bike back in time. I had to call and remind them multiple times. It took 10 days overall. Won't go again here.
