Je suis allé à la mi-mai à ce magasin pour acheter un vélo. On nous a mentionné qu'il fallait donner un dépot de 30% et que la commande arriverait à la mi-juin. Nous sommes le 10 Juillet et il n'ont toujours pas la commande. Évidemment, je n'aurais jamais donné de dépôt pour ce vélo, sachant que je ne l'aurais pas d'ici la fin de l'été. Aucun suivi n'a été fait de leur part pour aviser de ce retard. Lorsque j'ai appelé, ils ont simplement mentionné qu'il ne l'avait toujours pas...
I went to this store in mid-May to buy a bike. We were told that we had to give a 30% deposit and that the order would arrive in mid-June. It is July 10th and he still does not have the order. Obviously, I would never have given a deposit for this bike, knowing that I wouldn't have it by the end of the summer. No follow-up was done on their part to advise of this delay. Service client épouvantable de la part de la personne qui travaille à l'atelier. Je recommande d'éviter ce magasin.
Terrible customer service from the person working at the shop. I recommend avoiding this store.

Commander un vélo avec dépôt en mars, être en novembre et devoir se battre pour ravoir son dépôt... Il nous dit toujours qu'il va le recevoir dans 2 semaines. Je ne recommande pas.
Order a bike with a deposit in March, be in November and have to fight to get his deposit back ... He always tells us that he will receive it in 2 weeks. I do not recommend.

Suite à un erreur majeur sur le prix de l'estimé, le service a la clientèle était très douteux. J'ai l'impression qu'on a essayé de me rouler. Leur expertise ne semble pas être la réparation de vélo. Très insatisfait.
Following a major error on the price of the estimate, customer service was very questionable. I feel like someone tried to trick me. Their expertise does not seem to be bike repair. Very unsatisfied.

Would not shop here again. Owner is very condescending and has questionable sales tactics. Demands upfront payment of repairs; but does not clearly state that the store will NOT give refunds, only store credits. Was asked for the return of a part (which I was told did not need to be replaced after they replaced it) but refused; stating it got lost (possibility to be used on someone elses bike). UPDATE: Bike STILL not fixed. Gears still skipping on both front and rear derailleurs (was told neither need to be replaced, but only after they replaced the rear derailleur).

Took my bike for a service and new parts. I did have to pay up front for parts to be ordered - found that unusual, and they did take much longer than advised to arrive. Had me worried. But it all came good in the end. The owner sold me new tires that I am not entirely convinced I needed yet - but I could have said no I guess. Local business, owner managed, specialist knowledge. Payment up front for parts on order.
