They took the time to go over our bikes with us and show us what needed to be done. The service was quick despite this being a very busy time for them. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

Selling products but not taking the time to install it for client *they were saying that they closing in 10 minutes, and chaging a tube takes less than 2 min :) did it in front of the store in less than 10 min.

I've been coming here for over 3 years, great service! The owner is polite, no bullshit kind of guy, and seems genuinely interested in your bike/issues. I've bought a bike here and had multiple services, all were great and the price is very reasonable.

Really saddens me to leave a 2 star review to the bike shop that got me into biking some 10 years ago. I had bought a Felt bike a while back and the bike’s GREAT. I wish i could’ve said the same about what this bike shop has become. I’ve had my fox shock and my rockshox fork sent to service and everything went beautifully, i also got bushings changed in my equilink (eventually the whole equilink system was replaced), and other small repairs done at this specific bike shop before learning how to do basic work myself on my bike. My experience with Cycles Fleury couldn’t get any better honestly. Unfortunately, last fall i had a mishap and my front brake rotor got damaged pretty badly. I have a Avid juicy 185mm setup in the front and for some reasons, this bike shop is unable to come up with a decent and safe solution for this fix, let me elaborate. Starting of the season when they had recently re-opened i made a call to solve my problem. I was looking forward to fixing my bike there based on my past experiences! But hélas, I didn’t go as smoothly as i thought it would... i had the mechanic explain to me that 185mm avid rotor are no longer in production and that i could scale down to a 180mm rotor by removing parts from my current front brake to make it fit...... what? He did not mention buying a new adapter for 180mm, sure, when i asked him if i should buy that adapter so my pads don’t end up touching each other due to the 5mm difference his tone changed and i felt like i was insulting him by inquiring about a safer option because i did not want to ride a sketchy front brake with missing washers and spacers, which he wanted to remove to make up for the 5mm gap (again not proposing a 180mm adapter so i don’t end up jeopardizing the safety and integrity of my bike). I ended the call and was shocked from what I’ve been told.. So i called other bike repair shops near me and was given other options, such as the 180mm adapter and rotor, i was offered to have my 185mm ordered from Sram even if they were back-ordered, I’ve been told to look online for third party sellers, and even upgrading to a 203mm setup for more stoping power. Good customer i am, i take the most logic advice i got from 2 other bike shops, and despite our last conversation i had with the mechanic’s the day before i called them back. Re-explained my situation and inquired about a potential 203mm upgrade because that looked interestingly safer to me. I was not expecting the response i got, same guy who told me he wanted to remove parts from my current brake setup to fit a smaller rotor is now telling me that no one goes 203mm, all HIS friends and himself have 180mm, it’s the best i can get, going 203mm is d*mb because my disk is gonna warp, etc etc... he was basically pressuring me to buy a 180mm and doing sketchy stuff to my bike because that’s probably all he had in his shop at that time. A month goes by and I’m extremely glad to say that I SAFELY upgraded to a 203mm setup at a different location with no fuss or bs from the mechanic’s and do not regret a single millimetre added to my rotor. I won’t recommend or step inside Cycles Fleury ever again. Thank you mechanic man for your great knowledge!
