Customer service was excellent; they are professional and knowledgeable. Prices are also very reasonable. Thank you!

May I say that I was pleasantly surprised that they were very accommodating and, on top of all the nice service, I received my deposit back. Honest, quick responses and generally a pleasant experience. Will be buying with them as soon as more kayaks come in stock!

First time setting up kitchen tent months later, I had issues with a plastic corner bracket. Depot Plein Air was contacted and they shipped me out a new bracket right away. Great customer service!I

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store! We ordered our Explorer 14.6 canoe from these folks and everything went smooth as silk. A visit to the store and a visit to their website and that was it! Also found everyone there to be so pleasant and willing to help with answers and guidance. Bought a cart, a BBQ and a sleeping mat there as well. I should also mention that last year in end of June, we ordered the same canoe from canadian tire, who promised it would be delivered two weeks later. At the end of September they call to let us know it had just come in, we told them to keep it, no fun canoeing in the winter.

They have a variety of quality kayaks, paddleboards and camping gear at reasonable prices. Overall a great experience!

Update: Kayak was perfect for my needs, very stable even when overloaded. Friends are jealous of all the features. Love it.
