★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a UPS Store!!! Do not allow to drop UPS packets that were paid for online!!! Very misleading. I do not understand why they are calling themselves "UPS Store" Because they are not an actual UPS store, as they do not provide the service of dropping UPS packets that were paid for over the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to spot the UPS logo. But the worst was the service. Takes forever to verify the boxes, told me once to come back next week cause they didn't had my box, then when i come back they tell me it's "probably" sent back. Garbage customer service. UPS should stop this collaboration cause i refuse to set foot there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to drop off a package and the woman flat out refused to give any confirmation relating to my drop-off because she wanted to process all her packages at the end of the day.
This woman assumed I would blindly to trust her with my stuff!! Ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slip said pick it up in the store, delivery would not be re-attempted. Went to get it and they told me it would be re-attempted. Wasted a trip. Got home, checked my email, the package was delivered to the wrong place obviously and signed for by a name that isn't me. Package is lost now. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because the one on Jean Talon was closed, I called before going there just to make sure and not waste my time.
A friendly young lady confirmed they were open until 4pm ( on Saturday)
Took a cab there and did not even spend 10 minutes there. The girls were nice and efficient.
