Very disappointed by the service no one can give a straight answer even less a good answer, on the phone or in person.
Will not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this access point many times. They were nice. This is an authorized shipping centre means that they only ship or receive. They are not responsible if fedex comes late or delivers late. Only criticism acceptable would be for their service while you drop or pick up your package. Rest completely dependent on courier companies. Let’s be fair and square here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO overnight FEDEX shipment on Saturdays! They should have a sign saying this. it is very upsetting. They should not accept FedEx packages on Saturday or warn the customers. I dropped off a package on Saturday, suppose to arrive on Monday morning now have been waiting there for two days!

They will also adapt and make changes for you on the fly if you call them and will ease you of any worries. Raphael is one of the best agent on the phone, ask for him if you need help, give him a raise if you are FedEx ^^
