Driver didn't deliver at the right address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at home all day. Left them a message in the system, leave the parcel with the neighbors. They sent a message that you were not at home. They did not ring the buzzer. The buzzer is fully functional, on maximum volume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. The lady at the counter, who can speak English, French and Spanish, was very patient and explained to me about different options to send my documents. We went through all the details before sending the package out. The price would be the normal price you would get from any private postage shops or order a service online. The only difference is, here you can choose from Purolator, Fedex and DHL depends on what you need. I will definitely come back if I need to ship something urgent and important again.
