I waited 15 minutes when the store appeared to be open. There was no one inside and I called 3x to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres mauvais service, pas de réponse au téléphone (après plusieurs appels sur plusieurs jours), finalement j’ai été dans l’obligation d’aller rechercher la boîte que j’avais laissé le 5 jan. 2022 le 10 jan. 2022 car UPS n’est jamais venue chercher ma boite et personne au centre de dépôt sait occupé de relancer UPS.
Very bad service, no answer on the phone (after several calls over several days), finally I had to go find the box I had left on Jan 5. 2022 on Jan 10. 2022 because UPS never came to pick up my box and no one at the drop-off center knows they are busy relaunching UPS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ups ne vient jamais chercher rapidement les colis. Ça fait 3 fois que je vais porter un colis et UPS sont venus le chercher près de 2 semaines après… inacceptable! Vous êtes vraiment mieux d’aller a un autre point de dépôt par exemple au 2128 boul. des laurentides
Ups never picks up packages quickly. It's been 3 times that I've been carrying a package and UPS came to pick it up almost 2 weeks later...unacceptable! You are really better off going to another drop-off point, for example at 2128 boul. Laurentians
