★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les heures d'ouverture ne sont pas respectées. Le service était très désagréable, voir inhumain. Après avoir dit bonjour à la personne au comptoir, je n'ai que reçu un regard bête en retour. C'est dommage car c'est le Poste Canada le plus proche de chez moi. Le service est complètement différent de ce que j'étais habituée à mon ancien quartier.
Opening hours are not respected. The service was very unpleasant, even inhuman. After saying hello to the person at the counter, I only got a silly look back. It's a shame because it's the closest Canada Post to my home. The service is completely different from what I was used to in my old neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne respecte pas les heures d'ouverture inscrit sur leur propre site. Ils ont un feuille coller, avec des correction à la mains, ''expliquant'' le changement d'horaire.
Mais le pire est que j'y retourne le lendemain pour mon colis et ils ne le trouvent pas. Disant qu'il ne doit pas être arrivé, alors que j'ai dans mes mains un avis de réception datant de 7 jours. Le colis n'est pas en statut reçu, en déplacement ou retourné. Il a juste disparu dans leur bureau.
Aucun numéro de téléphone pour les rejoindre pour avoir un suivi de la situation.
Does not respect the opening hours listed on their own site. They have a sticky sheet, with handwritten corrections, ''explaining'' the schedule change.
But the worst is that I go back the next day for my package and they can't find it. Saying it shouldn't have arrived, when I have a 7-day receipt notice in my hands. The package is not in received, moving or returned status. He just disappeared into their office.
No phone number to reach them to follow up on the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never been unwelcomed as today around 4:20 PM just to send back a modem.as the box I picked up from Canada post was not taped that lady once receiving the box was like we don't provide a tape here and we don't tape it for clients ok? So come back whenever it is taped and as I was going out a costumer (white quebecer, god bless him) on the line stopped me and taped it for me .he did all the job. And i went back to the same lady and instead of taking only my package, she asked where I got the tape and the Holy costumer responded in lieu of me.That was really rude .God bless again this costumer because he made me hope living equally in this beautiful country.
