★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne répondent jamais au téléphone et ne respecte pas leur offre promotionnel. Toutefois pour la fermeture de mon compte, la jeune femme a l’accueil m’a donné un très bon service !
Never answer the phone and do not respect their promotional offer. However for the closing of my account, the young woman at the reception gave me a very good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai reçu un excellent service à mon rendez-vous avec M. Rinaldi pour petites entreprises. Il est à l'écoute et trouve les bonnes solutions. J'ai également rencontré la gérante qui elle aussi a offert un service courtois et professionnel.
I received excellent service at my appointment with Mr. Rinaldi for small business. He listens and finds the right solutions. I also met the manager who also provided courteous and professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero customer service! I have been waiting 12 weeks (and still going) for a single document to be sent from this succursale to another. The adjunct director is fully aware and not only is she not following up with the demand, she has made no attempt to even reply to multiple emails from the adjunct director of the other succursale or myself. Not even "Our apologies, we need more time". Zero. 12 weeks. She is the most uncaring, incompetent, BMO employee I ever have the displeasure to have to deal with. I am stuck. I cannot move forward without her doing the bare minimum. Unacceptable! What do I do now? What a joke.

We would like to thank the employees of the branch of N° de succursale: 01691 as below:
1. General impression: the open-door policy and welcoming atmosphere makes me willing to come back and get more deals with BMO.
2. Gabriella is a wonderful and caring employee. She has managed to help us unless our appointment was later. She embodies 'Being BMO' principle and 'everything is possible' approach to customer service. Gabriella has a talent to manage customers, schedule and arrange an effective work with them. Wonderful employee.
2. Nicholas: Nicholas helped us with a tailored solution allowed us to apply for Premium checking account and benefit from Smart Saver account. Nicholas cares about details and is a knowing specialist. On a personal note, he is kind and cooperative.
We spent a wonderful time with BMO and will come back again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open at 10 and close at 2 ... when can a working person bank?!?! Also they gave no notice of being closed for 2 weeks in September. Notice is needed! There were important documents I needed to access in my safety box... so unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The adviser arrived 20 mins late at our meeting(at opening) and would lie about the fees.
They will never asnwer the phone and won't call you back. Left 3 messages and 4 emails for follow-up with nothing. Won't respect promotional offer for opening account.
The one time I got fed up and decided to go physically there(taking off-time of my job because they are closed after 5pm), all their systems were suddenly down and I had to come back another day.
Service is unacceptable. We chose to go for a bank instead of Desjardins because we wanted professionalism and getting the job done timely, which is clearly not the case. We will be changing as soon as we can.
