Always efficient, irreproachable follow-up and in a good mood despite the difficulties of recent years. More than 5 trips taken care of by them in the last 4 years and still as satisfied!

É	Émilie Lehoux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions réserver un forfait en famille ( 2 adulte et 3 enfant de 8ans , 5 ans et 2ans) pour les vacances des fêtes avec Emmanuelle, vu les mesure qui se sont resserrer nous avons voulu annuler et on nous a charger plus de 100$ de frais d'annulation et se malgré un 2 semaine d'avis et on ne nous avais jamais informer de cette politique . très décevant We had to book a family package (2 adults and 3 children aged 8, 5 and 2) for the holiday holidays with Emmanuelle, given the tightening measures we wanted to cancel and we were charged more than $ 100 of cancellation fee and getting despite a 2 week notice and we were never informed of this policy. very disappointing

Nous avons eu tellement de plaisir , des activités bien organisé tout les jours , super bien coordonner , l'hôtel était "sa coche" avec déjeuner d'inclus. Nous avions l'habitude d'aller dans le Sud mais cette relâche a été un expérience inoubliable avec nos 2 ado . Merci de nous avoir proposé cette option , nous avons eu tellement de plaisir et moment mémorable. A refaire ces certain , je ne savais pas que nos agence pouvais nous organiser ce genre de forfait , je n'hesiterai pas a refaire appel pour un autre séjour aussi bien organisé. MERCI !! We want to share our gratitude to Emanuelle who advised us very well on a package here in Quebec during the spring break. wow!! We had so much fun, well organized activities every day, super well coordinated, the hotel was "its tick" with lunch included. We used to go to the South but this spring break was an unforgettable experience with our 2 teenagers. Thank you for offering us this option, we had so much fun and memorable time. To redo these certain, I did not know that our agency could organize this kind of package for us, I will not hesitate to call again for another stay as well organized. THANK YOU !!
