Bad quality
Cheap components
They dont want to take it care after a repation was done wrong
They're thinking they're always rigth!! Wich is not...
I got back 3 times for the same probleme never got fixed or refunded
Never come back highly not recomend this place

I went to Vélomane after another bike shop (Quilicot on Masson) was unable/unwilling to fix my bike (after they charged me 94$ and told me I had to wait 3 weeks because they needed to order a back wheel).
Vélomane fixed my bike the NEXT DAY!
No waiting 3 weeks...THE NEXT DAY, I HAD MY BIKE FIXED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service (multiple days of waiting for a simple repair); very unsatisfying customer service (was not informed I would be getting a mismatched rim and misdiagnosed a rattling problem for something more expensive); shoddy workmanship (attached an expandable basket with plastic zip ties that broke very quickly after). Have gotten impression they only put in effort for high end bikes. This was for my older mtb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bike shop. Seams to be well equipped and the staff was quite nice. Went for a flat tire and end up replacing the rear wheel and both tires. So far I liked the job done and the price was as expected.
