★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want a good to mediocre service when shopping for a bike? ...where you ask a question and get a minimal answer? Come here. The repair shop personnel are much better and certainly recommend, but don't expect much from the sales guys.
Want great service, hospitality? I suggest you go to the St Hubert store. What a difference.

It's been exactly 2 months ago when I have purchased my dream bike at Velo 2000.
From the moment I got connected on the phone and inquiring about bikes available till I got into the store and eventually returned other few times, the service provided by ALL staff was impeccable!
I love the fact that their website is also very accurate, with availabilities. That way you know for sure that the bike you are looking for is available in the store. Many stores always ask to inquire by phone or go to the store! That was a very first good impression!
Every time I needed something I have received follow ups and attention and got all my answers.
Everyone is very knowledgeable and rides bikes at the store! Love that too!
I mostly interacted with Carlos and Hubert for my purchase and they took very good care of me and my needs, always being patient and answering to all my questions and giving me valuable advice to make the right decision!
Went to do some technical reviews with the Team, Guillame and Romain were super nice too, and they helped me with everything I needed! :)
What else can I say!? This is a GEM for great bikes!
I live in Montreal and went to all different stores but this one really got me!
From the quality of the bikes, accessories, service, and everything in between...
When I step into the store it's feels like home! Home for cycling :)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced a very pleasant and professional service at this store, right from the well-informed sales guy to the expert technicians who got the Scott bike ready and later helped resolve a ticking sound while pedaling. The shop is very spacious and has the best people working in there. While this store is far from where I stay in Montreal, it's completely worth going the distance to buy from there. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience. Went to the store for repair on a Saturday morning. All good, staff is friendly and in less than 1h i was going home with my bike ready to roll. Try to call before to make sure they can schedule you for repair.
